Foo Fighters vs. Eagles-Day 13

After System of a Down beat up Breaking Benjamin in out last round, we move on to another rather interesting Western Conference match-up. Dave Grohl formed the Foo Fighters a few years after the disbandment of Nirvana. The band's debut record showcased Grohl on all insutrments, and included songs he wrote during the Nirvana days. After that, Dave assembled a band among friends of his, who would eventually call themselves the Foo Fighters, and toured the album. After all that was said and done, the band recorded "The Colour and the Shape", who many still believe to be the band's greatest album. Then on, the Foos have been a force in today's modern rock, with six excellent albums to date. With their most recent endeavor, the band has favored a more acoustic side to their music. They have been begun to play a set of acoustic songs during their concerts. Overall, the Foo Fighters have matched the success of Nirvana had back in the day, and plan to surpass it. Our other band is classic rockers the Eagles. Truly an example of rock's classic bands, the Eagles have reached much success over the years. Even though they have been around for quite a while now, they continue to tour and provide rock to their fans. This next one will be close...time to vote!
