DragonForce vs. Goldfinger-Day 14

After the Foo Fighters beat the Eagles by a vote to 4-2, we head into one of our final preliminary matchups, DragonForce vs. Goldfinger. The former's style is very guitar heavy with incredible riffs, giving off a strong resemblance to metal. They have seen success through the game Guitar Hero III, which features their song "Through the Fire and Flames". The song is so difficult, they couldn't even feature it in the main game. As for Goldfinger, they are another band part of the California punk scene. Originally having hits like "Superman" and a cover of "99 Red Balloons", the band has strayed away from commercial success recently with the release of their 2005 album "Disconnection Notice".
